The customer service was excellent -- I had a number of questions which were answered almost immediately by email and shipping was fast and easy -- I was notified by text when the shipment was sent out and then again when it was about to arrive. All products were very fresh and came in a large, carefully packed styrofoam box with plenty of ice packs. I look forward to ordering from IHOC again!

				My wife and I recently hosted a dinner party for 8 people, in Victoria, BC. I wanted to have a caviar taste testing as part of the party so contacted Behzad at IHOC who was above and beyond fantastic. Behzad helped me pick a the top end, middle and lower end caviar (three selections) and also how to present it to everyone. In my case, we chose toast with butter to keep it simple and focus on the caviar. The evening couldn't have gone any better, it was a huge success. I enjoyed it on top of deviled eggs with creme fresh and on of the lobster ravioli I made which had... lobster ravioli topped with sage butter, toasted walnuts, lobster, scallops and a bit of creme fresh and caviar 😙👌 My friend and I bought the caviar to try and we loved it.
