Simply reach out to us by email, and you can expect a response within just 30 minutes during our extended service hours from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. (Vancouver time).
Fast & Reliable Delivery
Your order is handled with the utmost care and urgency. We ship exclusively through FedEx Overnight Priority Service, ensuring next-day delivery to most major Canadian cities.
- Order Cut-Off: Place your order before 12 p.m. PST to qualify for next-day delivery.
- Delivery Time: All shipments are scheduled to arrive by 5 p.m. local time for your convenience.
- Flat Rate: We offer reliable, Canada-wide shipping at a simple flat fee of $35.00.
Major cities eligible for next-day delivery include (but are not limited to):
- British Columbia: Vancouver, Lower Mainland
- Alberta: Calgary, Edmonton & surrounding area
- Saskatchewan: Saskatoon, Regina, Prince Albert, Moose Jaw & surrounding area
- Manitoba: Winnipeg & surrounding area
- Ontario: Toronto, Ottawa, Brampton, Hamilton, London & surrounding area
- Quebec: Montreal, Quebec City & surrounding area
Remote Cities & Smaller Towns
We ship to smaller cities with FedEx 2 day or with Purolator. Your products stay fresh inside our styro with additional ice packs added for your piece of mind.
Packaging with Care
Because our products are perishable, we go above and beyond to safeguard their freshness. Each order is packed with long-lasting ice packs and secured in thermal sleeves or cold-guard Styrofoam containers, ensuring your caviar arrives in perfect condition.
Shipping Schedule
To maintain optimal freshness, shipments are dispatched on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
- Weekend Deliveries: Not available, except for special Saturday deliveries in select areas. Please contact us to confirm availability.
- If You’re Away: Simply leave a note at your door for the FedEx courier with the instruction “Please leave the package at the door” to avoid a return to the depot.
