The White Tuna comes from the Bay of Biscay during the White Tuna Coast, caught using traditional fishing methods, respecting the Marine Reserves and sustainable fishing management. After careful selection of the white tuna, it is cooked and finally packed in whole loins covered with the best olive oil.

Keep in a cool, dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated, covered with oil.
It is one of the most frequently consumed conserves as you can add it to many dishes, for example you can try it in a delicious lettuce hearts salad.
