Maintain the cheese’s allure by refrigerating it unopened for up to 6 months. Once unveiled, savor its goodness within 3 to 4 weeks. However, freezing is not recommended, as it may impact the cheese’s exceptional quality.

This cheese is a masterpiece crafted from pasteurized sheep’s milk, skillfully combined with salt, rennet, a firming agent (calcium chloride), a preservative (lysozyme from egg), and lactic ferment. Its rind is adorned with preservatives like natamycin, pork lard, and rosemary. Kindly note that the rind is not meant for consumption.
