The luscious Manchego cheese is skillfully adorned with Spanish Rosemary, a herb that thrives abundantly in Spain, creating a harmonious pairing with this exquisitely fragrant and herbaceous cheese.


When unopened, this cheese can be refrigerated for up to 6 months, while after opening, it is recommended to consume it within 3 to 4 weeks. Freezing the cheese is not advised as it may compromise the quality of the product.


For optimal enjoyment, serve the cheese at room temperature.

This cheese makes a delightful addition to a cheese board, particularly when accompanied by a selection of nuts, much like how we serve it in our Jamoneria Bar and Tasting Room.


The cheese is expertly crafted using pasteurized sheep’s milk, salt, rennet, a firming agent (calcium chloride), a preservative (lysozyme from egg), and lactic ferment. The rind incorporates preservatives such as natamycin, pork lard, and rosemary. Please note that the rind is not intended for consumption.
