Remove it from the refrigerator and allow it to rest for at least 30 minutes before serving, if possible. The ingredients used in the production of this cheese include pasteurized goat’s milk, salt, firming agent (calcium chloride), rennet, lactic cultures, and the preservative potassium nitrate. Please note that the cheese may contain traces of egg. The rind contains the preservative natamycin and sulfites. It is important to remember that the rind is not intended for consumption.
